So the big question is why hold on the stock until a positive development actually occurs. It appears big money is waiting for these developments. Dan was wishy washy on the question of a buy back, for the life of me, I don't know why a CFO in their right mind wouldn't seek a loan for one. This stock will bleed lower unless they get some folks in there that know how to run a public company.

It will be a good shareholder base (re support) to have have chinese businessmen owning a 25% stake of the spinoff.
