That "process" started back in 2015, with the CVS program, if we need to wait until the banker (whoever it is) sees more sales along the "process" then we have some issues. This shouldn't be so secretive from all the DD I've done.

No it is not. Just write a check and let the inventory build up and let the sales force go. It gets complicated because of the greed.
