Yes.. Ceo said he would bring GDAR current and he did.

Said he wants to get rid of past debt at this entry level and he is. Now conversions done. NO VFIN.

HE said he did not want them to convert shares when this is in 00's and that is why he is doing it now. This way it will be clean for a nice run for stock holders... VERY SMART GUY.. No R/S means safe play no worries. .0001-.0002 entry you can't go wrong..
