The Vincent Brown(E) connection. FLTT, AXLX, PWCL, WRMT, and imo ITKH. FLTT was delisted from the AMEX by Vincent Browne to save money and per Vincent can relist back to the AMEX now called the NYSE MKT with just a paper filing. Maybe that's why the bid is over 30 million? IMO WRMT will reverse MERGE with FLTT and list on the NYSE MKT.
