Wonder why Obama hasn't stopped the flow of money for the 'War on Drugs'?

Could it be so ingrained into the LE and Justice folks budgets that it is impossible to do the right thing?

It would certainly impact the number of jobs in every jurisdiction - even local.

Maybe rescheduling could be more uncertain than many think.

Definitely not as black and white as I originally thought it would be.
