Anyone buying REAC shares is buying dilution from noteholders. News?? About what? The "website" which is the sole "alleged asset." Bobby DeAngelis needs to be banned from participating in penny stocks. FINRA may actually get the SEC to do that now based on the roadblock that they just put up with Bobby's attempted reverse split #4 (in well under 2 years).
