Ego is a huge driver and egos would definitely be involved. It's too great a privilege to meet with the EPA so a 'chief' not an 'Indian' would have to go.

I bet whatever is worked into the agreement with HCTI and IF, IF is not doing this for free. It's on their best interest to market this thecbestvway they can. And a good job they are doing no doubt. going to a coatings show is just the cost of doing business I would imagine, lobbying to the EPA and updating them of hjsir progress is also good business.

Can someone explain to me about this warrants, 1.32bb warrants infact. When are they received? How does it work into our new share structure, or our old one? I really have no clue about Finacials, and happy to have DHolmes help and appreciate his contribution and expertise.

If love a partnership. But, just to note one thing, their sales are 100mm, not a small number. Bit in the market of coatings which reaches well into the tens of billions it is somewhat small. Maybe a partnership with IF launches them in the direction into a world where their revs increase 20x. Hcti/Nti and IF help eachother.
