I'm not saying they're doing anything to benefit shareholders. I think it's more like they don't need news now to keep listed so they won't release anything for a while. I doubt they have a grand plan and are just waiting fo rthe right moment to release the inf.
I don't know who they used to get it to .01 but it certainly worked without pumping.
