[I Need Help]

I find the price volatility reasonably understandable.

I find the general volume reasonably understandable.

What I do not understand are the several seeming halts in trade. One lasting several hours, another over an hour. These breaks seemed to come from nowhere, all during brisk trading, and during rallies (which may be coincidental).

I do know, this is atypical to CTIX. Not normal trade.

Anyone have anything to add, other than this is "normal". I am not buying normal. This is not normal.
