Please explain because to me a scam artist is Christian Quilliam running credit card transactions without authorization and then being found guilty.

And a thief is Pierre Quillian outright stealing dore bars from the mill and going to the refinery in FL to cash them in and NOT recording the revenue to the company and its shareholders.
