The cone of silence has been deafening and functioning fairly well so far, but I think you are right that our next opportunity for news is after the D comes off.

If the rules posted today are the real rules then VNTH is good to go for another 30 days. Another if...if that's the case then it seems this immediate dependency on news just got shifted back a few weeks. All they need to do to stay listed is have a closing bid over .01 for 30 days?
