besides the market cap being so undervalued, I don't think many of us would be here unless Industrial Finishes was not doing such a supreme job of marketing since January 2016.

Top that with the entire HCT team being involved in the American Coatings Show; Joseph Kristul, Alex Trossman, Darin Nellis, Oleg Figovsky, and Pat Mormile(I.F.). Sounds like a recipe for success is brewing.

Did I forget to mention..The Company entered into a definitive joint development agreement with a Fortune 500 company for the development and commercialization of a product based on the Company’s technology during the fourth quarter of 2015.

Commercialization may not be far off

Would you share your process for valuating this company?

By my account:

No product that they own
Over $20 million in debt
The revenue doesn't show up ($160k?)
Deals that are perpetually incomplete or gagged (again no revenue or hint on financials)
F500 can be teasers can be traced back how many years now?


To me the market cap is more than generous IMO.
