The 10-K provided some insight..

They still are paying for a significant number of employees and they are still able to get funding loans from directors and related parties.

The Chrispod deal is new and with a company already having success in Ghana provides optimism.

My hunch is ITDs move is related to insight of what is coming down the pipe. It is most logical course and suggested in their own commentary.

As suggested here, the silence is likely related to minimizing conversions and volume interest.

The recovery will be dramatic.... IF....
