Who is whoopi? I agree it is very possible that the new LLC may have nothing to with NRTI, aside from being also involved in nutraceuticals apparently. My point is more just that I think it is highly likely it is controlled by TRTC insiders, given the fact it has no operating history but yet somehow has "assets" and has a signed profit sharing deal with TRTC - despite being a newly formed unknown entity!
