Why doesn't the BOD arrange a conference call to clear up the many concerns and doubts?

Pretty sure they ignored the many requests for a conference call when FUTL was spun off last year. Lots of unanswered questions they seemed to hope could be swept under the rug. I will be the first to sing their praises once something actually comes to fruition. Nothing but pushing papers.
