I don't give 2 sheets if they sold. Read my prior posts.
In fact, I think they did right by Shareholders (whether intended or not) by waiting for a pps recovery. No sales last December which was expected and nothing until now.

The tax assumption is just that, an assumption. when would you sell to make it look "innocent?"

No one knows why they sold.
