On thing is for sure, with there only being about 400,000 O/S.... It will be pretty obvious when/if the company starts dumping.
I honestly don't think they will. I think they will wait on the massive drop in PPS to settle after it starts trading again and then they will announce there plans and what they are raising capital for and they will sell shares for that purpose.
If you pay attention to this I the future it should be a great opportunity to average down!
Getting worried? I would too. But I've never had a stock do a RS (they're incredibly rare among quality issues). My forward splits have been back in business almost immediately.
