Talked to the company last week. Annon still holds their patent waiting to get paid. They still owe their creditors between 5-6 million and then Annon another $1.4 million with interest. Sentiment is not good by the discussion I had. They are still looking for some larger investors to come in and help. My feeling is all my common shares are going to be gone after this goes in front of the bankruptcy judge.
