I would say it has a sweet taste to it. Hempseed oil I know has a nutty but a sweet taste.

Hemp has a slight nutty taste or I guess I should say a "seed taste" since it is a seed. It is a very unusual taste is the only way I can describe it. Living Harvest makes a good Hemp Milk that I have been drinking for years. It is the best brand of hemp milk IMO. Here i t is for a visual - http://amzn.to/1SGj8Lf - The plain one might give you an idea of what it taste like. Most grocery stores sell this brand now.

I imagine a Vodka infused hemp drink would have a slightly nutty taste. So I guess you would get an alcohol infused cocktail with Omega 3 fatty acids. .hummm odd combo. But I will take Omega 3's anyway I can get them ha ha. I guess they will try to make anything healthy these days!
