EXBX is a reporting company and it is current on all filings.

Rule 3210 is for non reporting companies and has no bearing on EXBX.

EXBX is awaiting the NASD clearance of the Form 211 that a market maker filed at the OTCBB. It could be because the Market maker and the OTCBB are still moving paper work and phone calls back a forth, but IMO, we are in very good hands here.
