You've "touched on" many companies, BPs, funds, initiatives..etc. none of which have ever benefited the market cap of Peregrine Pharmaceuticals. It was mostly spam. For example: calico, bmgf... How's that coming along? All I see is a .40 stock struggling to stay on the Nasdaq.
