I guess we will find out eventually. For now I will remain optimistic until I recover my investment. One things for sure, they are finally moving their a$$ and starting to get some marketing efforts happening. Not so sure the athletes would participate in a scam. That's the one main thing that makes me think it's not. From what I hear the product is good. I can't order it where I live, so I can't try it. Mismanagement, 100% for sure. Nobody can deny that.

Why do we use scam so loosely? There are companies that can rip you off legally and I'm really not entirely sure this company is doing that. However their are a number of questionable actions. One is the shady PRs that push events out so far keeping investors interest. With all the publicity, NFL sponsor's etc why haven't any whales came in and invested? Why were we told flavors coming soon in October of last year. As you can see they did not come soon.

If this company were a scam, we would not be able to purchase their product, would not have so many positive testimonials from people who actually use the product, and would not see professional athletes with the product endorsing it.

Just because a company raised capital through convertible notes and has suffered dilution, it doesn't make it a scam.

Look up RUDY BEVERAGE. That was a scam. A share holder there gathered evidence. Got a group of share holders together and we took it to court. Rudy paid a fine others went to jail. I lost a boat load of money here. I will give you or anyone else here $5,000.00 for evidence that this is a scam. I have tried but can not come up with any. Bad enough many lost money here. Let's not give false hope that we can recover some it. Through the legal process.
So for now I will hope for the best for the remaining longs.
