Apr 27, 2015- as previously stated, New Generation Consumer Group has hired an auditor to audit its financial statements to begin filing audited financial statements with OTC Markets. In addition to hiring an auditor, NGCG has retained a law firm to assist the company in filing a Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and to become an EDGAR filer. Both have been paid for, and are on track for completion. Transparency and compliance is paramount for the company's future in addition to their shareholders and investors' confidence and financial revenue.
