There is no evidence pointing to that. EG doesn't make sense to be under IVXX. It's the exact opposite. IVXX makes sense to be a subsidiary of TRTC, who also owns EG. Even Derek himself has said this time and time again. EG is here to stay, and today's PR proves that even more so. IVXX needs legitimacy, and EG can provide that. Without EG, TRTC is just another pot stock with execs taking all the benefits.
