So, DM knows as little as we (retail investors) do and therefore, they are not counted as insiders unless they cross the 5% threshold? The system is broken unfortunately. Therefore, 99% of investors do not rightfully touch these pink sheets. This is my first and the last one and I still think that they will be sold at multiple times where they are trading today but the whole thing is BS particularly when you have a management team which simply hates its investor base.
