What a guessing game. Maybe they want to appear on the shareholders' side but secretly want the stock to head to the gray sheets where there may be fewer requirements. I think Shizl feels they will allow this shell to fade away so Nanobeak and Co. reap the rewards. If I am putting words in your mouth, Shizl, I apologize.

Since we don't know what the rules are for maintainig the listing theres no way to tell. They might have already qualified by being over .01 for a day. Or maybe it's being over .01 for a cerain number of closes. Who knows. These guys obviously have no concern for shareholders.
