Kownski, I literally just got off the phone buying a horse trailer in Kansas. When I opened this page, as it loaded, I was thinking, wouldn't it be cool if this well has spudded and I can make enough to pay for the horse trailer...guess what it has....unreal...good sign of things to come!

It isn't up from the last 10Q which showed the following:

The number of shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, outstanding as of January 31, 2016, was 30,906,314.

There won't be any further updates in share count until the next 10Q which is due out on May 15th.
