#14835 RE: an old investor #14833

Thanks for your response. I dont see how dairy farms in Canada have much to do with drilling oil in Russia but we will leave that for another day.

As far as your question, you are a little late to the game on this subject as it has been discussed and digested months ago. Midland Baring and Finkelstein management along with Mr. Amoyet were original players in the formation of NDOL from it's former BTSI shell...Their expertise was and is forming R/M's and resurecting old shells..Their primary interest's were never the future success of NDOL or any of it's future business plans. If you have read all the filings as you say you have, you will see that once there function was fullfilled, they were replaced, thankfully, for the good of the new company. Many of the 144's and insider holder selling in the last few months was and can be attributed to them.

What we have now is a whole new ballgame now that Ernest Gurgenovich Malyshev is at the helm with it's new board of directors. I hope you can keep an open mind and look at NWOG/NDOL's business model and aggressive nature to maximize profits rather than dwell in the past. This IS the stock market after all and it is quite difficult in any business dealings to not come across people with tainted credentials.

NDOL saw taking over a defunct shell as a less expensive way to enter the US markets than going public in the "traditional sense". That's why they are a pink, after all.

This is how I see it. Now lets watch and see if they can execute their plan. Keep in mind, the oil under the Russian soil could care less about dairy farms, 144's, managemet teams, etc...I am only interested in profits and a increase in shareholder value....simple
