This was my concern too. We don't know the specifics of the arrangement (that we are speculating about to begin with). No doubt the connection and collaboration would be a good the advancement of the technology and product, but we don't know who the credit, or the amount of credit will go to. Where my feelings tend to differ, is that I feel pretty good about the likelihood the connection does exist, and I have faith that HCTI collectively are good enough at running a business that the details of the arrangement were hashed out and they made the collaboration lucrative for the Company.

HCTI may not be involved at all. They arent the only ones with a process, there are several alternatives. ( in chemistry, there usually are )

... also, EMU has the inhouse expertise required without any outside help if they want to do it alone.
