Neither. IR has historically noticed our questions sheet and been "prepared". If you want a personal response then you have to e-mail.

I'm sure they read the questions on the board anyway, if not follow the board frequently. They can understand that this won't be a pleasant call. A stand up management team would devote more than an hour for the call and answer all questions. Based on prior calls I'm not holding my breath.
