I cannot understand why you have received no response via email. That confuses me. However,you should call him and talk to him as I have many times over the years.
He will talk to you as long as you need him to, and he will answer any questions to the best of his ability without revealing anything he should not. If you talk to him, you would realize that the man works very hard. Besides dealing with all of us "children" (ha ha), he has things to do assigned to him by Kim and Jon.
