He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Infe-Human Resources until September 1, 2007. In 1981, he founded The Viola Group, Inc. Previously, he was involved with mergers and acquisitions with Bank of America, Gulf & Western and Crane Co. and served as an Account Manager for Citibank, N.A. Mr. Viola earned a B.A. from Iona College, an MBA from Pace University and has done advanced work in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Development at New York University.
