I think two deals that came to nothing in 2013 and it has been dead since. Brought back to life with the merger with Metaphor inc early this year.
This NEW COMPANY has NO PR and I would expect SEC filings(10K) 120 days after the date of the merger(NVSOS filing). Not sure how that works.
One name sticks out as an unknown, which of the Brian Hale's are we dealing with, The Stearn Guy, The Banker or The Investigative award winning journalist?

We are in Entertainment, THAT WE KNOW!!! And from what we have gathered on this board, it's Commercials, Music, Multimedia and other productions. From here we can only speculate if we have an Investigative Field producer with insight and an insider in the Intelligence Community? What could we expect? An exclusive on the Clinton E-mail scandal? Coverage of the War in Syria? ISIS in Europa?
Contracts with HBO? ABC?
The Brian Hale above is the one to pull this off! BUT THIS IS PURE SPECULATION!!!
Is SNMN a gathering of a large number of production units under one Umbrella? We could have 300 employees! This could send us to $30.- overnight on a low floater!!! So being REALISTIC is key here!
We have to wait for News and see what the Float is before I take off completely.
First leg up would be .005 on News, maybe more. But 12 months from now we could be much, much higher. Even $1 and above!
