This relationship has been in place a lot longer than the last few weeks. It's only taken a more formal arrangement in recent days. If I were guessing, I would think they started working with DECN back in the early stages of Gen Strip when the WalMart deal was brewing. How quickly they get into WalMart will be a good indication of the success of this venture.
