Sir, I agree with everything you said. It's imminent that Klean wants to go public and buy a shell by looking at their website. My thing is, if they've been working on this deal for the past few years, how come it hasn't been done yet? It all looks so simple with the same attorney, Jamie Mann, same industry and filings. I'm patiently holding but curious why this easy merger can take years to complete?
