Excellent that is the number I had figured on and that's why I had the offer out there at the end of the day. Its a fools errand to try and pick a top or bottom but if we get in there within a quarter that is fine and dandy for me. I'm cocked and loaded for first thing tomorrow morning and if it is possible I will pull the trigger one way or the other. We will see.
