typically, that's the issue. the more legit a penny becomes with a business plan and actual revenue phase, the pipe dream is lost and it's not the next flashy gum wrapper floating down the street for all the lemmings to flock towards. I like VTMB, it's traded well for me a few times... best bet on this stock is always to just sit and wait for the push and don't look to the company itself for anything.
