You could always call or email and ask him. I know back in 2011, manshoon1 interviewed him as described in his Post #13828 and confirmed that he was getting the IR shares at that time:

I asked Ben if he is the target of the 20,000,000 warrant for IR work, and I also asked what his actual work is.

Correct (meaning he is the one compensated for the above #)
