I would compare it to any start up company going through hurdles of funding and why purchasing back into the company on the common market would be when success hit and as more success looks visible invest accordingly.

So if you want to see it as Hcti, it could very well be a similar case with them. Who knows. I was just trying to make a point of why we may not see insiders buying up shares right now based on my own experience.

If you don't understand what I mean. That's your problem. I am pretty sure I made myself very clear here.

I think you know what he is saying. Because I have done it more than once and startups 99 % of the time always carry debt in the beginning no it is actually 99.9 % of the time. So that is why they are risky investments. I would suggest a nice safe investment such as a basket of weed stocks or the newest flavored water for people that risk more than they should. That is why most bash this company they either got caught over extended or simply wan't to flip shares. No mystery there.
