You must be talking about a PR...He does produce those, or someone / invest firm -spends the money to push one, but beyond that...

He has never come through with anything but more hype. Shareholders deficit = -$10M. net assets = -1M, revenue = zippo.

After 8 years of "next week" it is still "next week". He just has promoters saying it for him now instead of issuing PR's saying it.
