The last guy that lost 10s of thousands of dollars couldn't recover anything from Dror's last scam............. the thing with scumbags is they always have a lawyer who is even more of a scumbag.

true but this time might be different.......it's not a bad idea to give the legal system a chance....

SEC is your best option but they really don't give a crap about Dror and his repeated frauds.

well if that is the case like you said "SEC don't give a crap", how about filing a complain about SEC for turning a blind eye when shareholder got robbed in day light. how about writing a letter to your congress man and senator to help you find out why SEC keep ignoring your concern. i bet the SEC would respond to your congress man letter.......remember, nothing will happen unless you try or do something...
