Obviously the negotiating over the last 6 months (while we were waiting here) have resulted in the action by Rontan to back out.

I mean, what have GDSI and Rontan been doing over the last 6 months if not negotiating?

Or could it be that it was discovered that the "Institutional Investor" named in the contract agreement was a sham corp, with no assets & formed for the sole purpose of getting Rontan to agree with the acquisition?
