Seems Kevin Casey typically takes on an advisory role in small companies he takes a position in and acts as an advocate to maximize shareholder value when given an opportunity. See his involvement with Essex Rental... Him having a 10% position in this company really boosts my confidence (product and CEO already had me very content) as he is almost like a free independent advocate for shareholders!
