Commons run continues due to short positions not inherent in preferred shares. Has nothing to do with Sweeney's ruling, IMO.

FNMAS broke resistance at $3.00 last week so its proportionate run was higher than common shares. 50% profit taking gainer for the traders amongst us.

I'm still very long here.
