It has got to the point that most do not expect them to operate without someone taking the work and efforts to court.

Now we have a delay or a denial of the Don Diego project. It seems that the shuffle in management and directors has not helped too much.

Then you factor in the misrepresentation of the reverse split. 6-1 is not what happened. It became double what was voted upon.

So I think it is more than sour grapes.

mismanagement could be the cause if you want to go down that rabbit hole. The effect is project after project hitting a snag and being abandoned.
