I think what you are missing is they are making lower margins now than with the installations which is the opposite of what they expected. Look at how big the installation crew is...Are they still on the payroll. They are on the website. Why? No one said this is a scam. I think it is FAT and a bad business model with poor managment. Fat like too high of operational overhead including cost of facilities and labor and fat as in too many people making to much money not doing work that is profitable. If you have a product that you sell at a loss and can sell the hell out of it that is not a win in anyone's book and that is exactly what you have here. The last thing you want here is more revenue before they figure out how to make a profit as they can not afford it literally. They need leadership from experienced business professionals and without you are going to pay for that lesson as shareholders. I hope they learn it and are able to save this before it is nothing but a loss.
