He said PURA was in a lot more of a mess than they had anticipated an that the PURA filings will hopefully be out by Friday if not the beginning of next week. I asked about R/S too and he said he had been approached about it but at this time that is not in their best interest. He wouldn't say they will never do it but for some it has work and some it hasn't and at this point he doesn't think it's in anyone's best interest.
