I am not a risk taker (i.e. gambler). Of course, everything in life has risk, but I no longer find it interesting or fun to throw money at slot machines, or even at the black jack table. I really detest Vegas, spent way too much time there over the years. So, I guess the answer is no to the gofundme question.

On the other hand, I find the concept of drilling a hole and wondering what you might find to be fascinating. Especially if you have a theory, and the data says something might be there. That's why it is especially frustrating for me to hear that there is a compelling story, the science is good, etc. at Hay Mountain. Yet I see no hard evidence of that, just a career promoter using pinksheet promotional tactics, and insisting on secrecy at every turn.

I have to admit that drilling anywhere in that part of Arizona has some chance of turning up something interesting. But without any data to look at, I wouldn't put a nickel into it. And good luck convincing JB to go with a 6-hole, thousand foot deep air rotary drilling program. I think it is more than enough to either make a discovery or show that no significant oxide zone exists. IMO, JB won't go for it because more than likely, it would be the end of his Hay Mountain project.

I thought I'd accommodate you with more posts. Obviously, my attempt at our own group funding was met with less than lukewarm interest. I equate it the success of my idea to feed mayonnaise directly to the live tuna fish so you don't have to add it later.* I will table it for now and keep the list. But I am open to any attempt to do this. I do see the legal problems some have mentioned.

If it were ever possible to do this, I make no bones about it. If the funding made the S/P go up, I would probably sell some shares on the open market, but also maintain a significant position in LBSR. The reason being that I have seen enough evidence (including a number of geologists that seem to believe there is something at HM worth looking at) that when the drill results come in, they will confirm that LBSR "has the goods." Anyway, I will keep my list with the 12 or so units and wait to hear back from a couple friends, but I won't hold my breath.
