it depends, haley. I was Rodan in the cc, asked later in part 4 about this. The spinoffs will not usually be, in your example, 2% of CVSU = 2% of spinoff. CVSU usually takes a 40-60% equity stake in the spinoffs. So it's really 40-60% of 2% per spinoff. Don't forget, the spinoffs are separate companies with separate management, and separate insider ownership.

Well I was sort of half right b/c I know it had something to do with how much CVSU we owned b/c it wouldnt be fair if I own 13k and you own 4 mil then we should get a % of what we actually own of CVSU but I'm sure that there will be just as many shares offered to the public I would assume, Plus the owners and insiders will first be getting the bulk to have controlling interest. But I do recall him mentioning 1% do you remember what he was talking about? I will have to go and listen to it in its entirety which I have yet to do.
