i stand correctted if not, BUT if i am correct as a shareholder you do have the legal right to see the books...am in another loser stock like this one and they tried to pull some silly stunt with delays and then they suddenly wanted to do a RS etc..etc.. and one of the shareholders took legal action and i read the summons from the law firm and it basically said they were looking to summons the books to make sure they werent cooked etc...etc...havent heard anything in months and the stock still sits at 0001 and once in a blue moon hits 0002
